On 2nd November 2017 a group of Tottenham Hale residents organised a boycott of the Haringey Council developer management forum meeting to hear from Argent about their proposal for a 16-storey tower on the site of the demolished Welboirne Centre.

Those interested in the policy of hiring out parks debate should note is that the council has back-tracked on its initial finding that the damage to the new path was caused by the recent funfair trucks crossing over it.
